Acupuncture Treatment

"I started acupuncture treatments with Dr. Saddler after completing chemo for a second breast cancer and while in my second week of twice-a-day radiation. I was experiencing neuropathy in my toes of both feet, pain in my legs, weight gain, general malaise, and was about to be very burnt from the radiation treatments. Besides the cancer-related problems, I also mentioned to Dr. Saddler that I continued to have tendonitis in my right thumb and bumps on my forehead associated with Rosacea. She immediately informed me that it would be difficult to cure the neuropathy and the tendonitis, but the acupuncture could help. I did relieve and reduce the pain! After my first treatment, the pain in my legs disappeared and has never returned! My energy level increased and I have not experienced the fatigue that I did after radiation treatments for my first breast cancer. One day, I arrived at her office immediately after having had a radiation treatment with my skin bright red. Dr. Saddler reminded an assistant that she wanted to have a picture taken; however, we started treatment before the picture was taken. After the treatment, we remembered that the picture had not been taken and when we looked at the area it was pink! In only 2 hours!"

Since this was the second time the same area had been radiated, my doctors were worried that my skin would start to "sluff off," opening up sores. However, Dr. Saddler provided me with an excellent medical barrier cream that, in combo with other creams that were healing the burn, closed up the sore overnight and continued to heal my skin as I used it throughout the rest of the treatment and healing process.

After having such good results with the burn, I also asked about the Rosacea on my forehead. She recommended another product that I used twice a day and continue to use. Within one week, one half of the bumps were gone!

Needless to say, I highly recommend Dr. Saddler and acupuncture as an adjunct treatment to help in restoring and maintaining your health. ~ Cindy

Acupunture

I am a 26 year-old graduate student who has had severe tendonitis in my hands and wrists for about 5 years. My pain became so debilitating that it was difficult for me to complete assignments on the computer, open jars etc… I saw many doctors and specialists, and had months of physical therapy and nothing changed. Doctors told me there was not much else I could try except for surgery… I was very hesitant about having surgery at my age and decided to follow a friend’s advice and try acupuncture. As soon as I met Dr. Saddler I felt at ease and hopeful. She took her time to asses my problem and saw me as an individual, not just a patient. After starting treatment, I began to I look forward to my acupuncture sessions as they are very relaxing and offer a space and time to clear my mind. I am happy to say that I have seen amazing progress through acupuncture and no longer have to worry about constant pain from using the computer. I will be graduating in May and I feel great.
